It is produced from AIREN variety grapes and undergoes a closely controlled fermentation process. The yeasts responsible for this fermentation are selected by the winery itself and give the wine its individual personality.

Its appearance is bright and crystal clear and it is an attractive straw yellow colour with shades of lemon. It has a clean, persistent fruity bouquet with slight apple and exotic fruit nuances.

On the tongue it is dry but fresh as a result of its slight acidity, light and harmonious. It has a fruity first taste and a delicately bitter aftertaste. It should be served at a temperature of 6º-8ºC.

It is suitable for accompanying seafood, white fish and some lightly – seasoned blue fish, as well as mild green cheeses.
