This wine is elaborated with Tempranillo grapes from controlled harvest.
It is macerated with the grape skins in the fermentation just as long as to give the wine its characteristic colour and strength.
Its rub-red colour remember us its youth, but its 18 months of ageing in oak barrels add a new brick-ocher tone, turning out in a highly attactive ruby-ocher colour. Bright.
Its bouquet in direct nasal way is of delicate and intense perfume. Its flavour in mouth remembers us its ageing in new oak. Its texture is smooth and warm with delicate tannins. Its taste is very tasty, round, wide and surprisingly light without given up its strength.
It should be served at a temperature between 17-19ºC and opened at least 30 minutes before serving.
This wine is particularly suitable for game, roasts and beef dishes.
