Single variety Tempranillo, controlled by the winery during its ripening and picking-up process in its best maturity moment.

It is aged in oak barrels under the peace and serenity of the freshness in the winery´s ageing rooms.

Clean and bright appearance. The shade varieties of colour give the wine an atractive look; ruby-burgundy red colour with light violet tones from its past youth and delicate brick-ocher tones  from its ageing.

Intense and strong bouquet, clean, fragrant, fruity and persistent. In mouth it has a smooth, light almost silky testure, tasty and of long way. In retro-nasal way it shows itself clean and elegant with strong and fruity touches.

It should be served at a temperature between 16-18ºC

The wine is very suitable for red meats and roasts, as well as for certain fish dishes such as cod or tuna in parsley sauce, poultry and medium strength cheeses.
