

It is elaborated with the grape variety Airen following a strict and rigorous control in the fermentation process.
The yeasts responsible of the fermentation are selected by the winery and provide the wine with its individual personality.
The wine has clean and persistent fruity bouquets with slight apple and exotic fruits nuances.
In mouth the wine is dry; its moderate acidity makes it fresh; it´s light and harmonious. Fruity first taste and delicate bitter aftertaste.
It should be served at a temperature of 6-8ºC
It is suitable for seafood, white fishes and some slightly-seasoned blue fishes, as well as mild farmer´s cheeses.
