The cellar is located in heart of Campo de Calatrava. Just 5 Km. away you can find the archaeological site Calatrava La Vieja, which was the most important city of Al-Andalus in the middle valley of the river Guadiana during the high Middle Age.

17 Km. away, you can find the city of Almagro, old province capital, of great archaeological beauty and famous for having the ‘International Festival of Classic Theater’. Walking through its streets and looking at its square of sailor style in the heart of La Mancha, makes it a great show. www.almagro.es
10 Km. away, you can find Ciudad Real, actual province capital, where we can visit the Museo Provincial (museum of archaeology and painting), Museo López Villaseñor (painting) and Museo don Quijote.

Regarding the nature, we have 2 national reserves: ‘Las Tablas de Daimiel’ (20 Km. away) and ‘Cabaneros’ (60 Km. away) and the natural reserve ‘Lagunas de Ruidera’ (perfect for canoeing and water sports).
